This enchanting Tuscan casale is located on a hill surrounded by the countryside of Maremma, south of Tuscany.
It can accommodate up to 14 people and it consists of 4 large double bedrooms and 2 triple bedrooms, each with air conditioning and private bathroom with shower, a comfortable living room with fireplace, a dining room for 16 people and a fully equipped kitchen. The furniture is elegant and functional, with the typical cotto floor.
One of the bedroom is located in an annex with a small patio. On the veranda there is a large table, where you can enjoy breakfast outside and in the spacious garden there is the swimming pool and the barbecue, as well as an area with a gazebo where you can relax.
The farmhouse is located about 15 minutes by car from Manciano, in the heart of the Maremma countryside. Rome is about 150 km away. From here you can easily reach Capalbio, the Argentario promontory, Ansedonia, Saturnia and other renowned places in the lower Tuscany. The closest beaches are those of Capalbio, which border to the north with the municipality of Orbetello and continue to the south, up to the border with Lazio. In these 12 km the coast is jagged, with small inlets and promontories with sand ranging from fine to iron and black, on a sea that is always clear and uncontaminated.
From here you can visit the WWF Oasis of Orbetello, the promontory of Monte Argentario (from Porto Santo Stefano you can take daily ferries to the Island of Giglio and Giannutri), the Tarot Garden, the spas of Saturnia and the many characteristic villages of lower Tuscany
