This comfortable apartment is located on the first floor of an ancient Venetian Palace with a beautiful courtyard in the Sestiere di Cannaregio, near the splendid Campo SS. Giovanni e Paolo. This quiet and elegantly furnished apartment comprises an entrance hall, a spacious living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen diner and a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment has high ceilings and the traditional Venetian floor (except in the bathroom, which is tiled). The living-room has ceilings with painted trompe-l'oeil, a huge Murano chandelier, an original XIX-century chest of drawers with looking glass. The double bedroom has a bed with Venetian-style lacquered bedhead, a XIX-century Bergamo chest of drawers and a beautiful late-XVIII-century armoire with looking glass. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, four gas burners and fridge (with ice compartment). Wi-Fi and Air conditioning are available for our guests, and also washing machine, TV, iron, hairdryer and a baby cot if needed.
The location is very quiet with attractive corners and important civic and religious buildings nearby. Nearest Waterbus Stop is F. Nuove (5 minutes on foot). The apartment is located in the most central area of Cannaregio, on the border with the San Marco district and therefore very close to the best known attractions such as Rialto, with its bridge and its market, Piazza S Marco, the Mercerie (shopping area) , the Phoenix and on the border with the Castello district (Arsenale and Biennale). The location is perfect, and the area is very lively: in the surroundings there are numerous typical shops and markets as well as the renowned "bacari" (the typical Venetian trattorias), antique dealers and the famous Malibran Theater.
